Create/Maintain Destination Table on Local Database #6

If the user has entered the destination before they should be able to select destination, if not they should be able to enter a new one

On interface where user select destination from the existing list, allow user to add a new destination manually.

Allow user to CRUD destination list using a separate button on main page.
