@ljchang Should we consider blurring within MNI masked voxels only, or within gray matter voxels only? This is typical of what AFNI does. Could be especially useful since we don't skull strip our EPIs and some of our current smoothing will include non-brain voxels.
e.g. 3dBlurinMask (requires AFNI), or we can roll our own.
