Include Global Signal Spikes in Covs #13

Update Create_Covariates interface to read in the outputs of ART, global signal diffs from Plot_Quality_Control, and the global intensity diffs from Plot_Quality_Control.

Currently it only reads the first 2, even tho the 3rd is also computed.
