It's long overdue to consolidate all of our adhoc scripts to run ISC.
I'm going to start working on this building off of stuff that @ejolly and I have been using and borrowing some things from brainiak.
Definitely feel free to share any thoughts or ideas about how to do this. I was thinking a function similar to stats.align, but we could also think about adding a new class in analysis module as well.
