Add option to select multiple folders for calendars/contacts

Currently only one folder can be selected for calendar data and one for 
contacts in the KolabDroid settings. It would be neat to be able to select 
multiple folders.

If the calendar folders could be presented like it's done for Google calendars 
(in Google you can have multiple calendars, like read-only calendars for public 
holidays, weeknumbers and those calendars can be selected one by one in the 
calendar to be shown or not, some calendar apps also allow differnet colors for 
those calendars, like Gemini) that would be perfect of course ,)

Reason: I for example have a shared calendar folder and a shared contacts 
folder which I want to be able to show in addition to the default one.
