Read-only folders can not be synced #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Horde share an calendar/contacts folder as read-only with user A for user 
B
2. In KolabDroid login with user B and select the shared folder for 
calendar/addresses (eg: "user/A/Kontakte")
3. Try to sync

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Events/contacts should be synced. Instead the status shows an error:
"Fatal Error: javax.mail.ReadOnlyFolderException: Cannot open in desired mode"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
KD 0.8, Android 2.1

PS: Error reported through the status dialog. Don't know where this one goes ;)

ability to sync read only has not been implemented yet. Issue 44 addresses this 
too. merging.
