KolabDroid does not install on Android 1.6 (Motoblur)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download KolabDroid-08.apk
2. Install it by double-tapping on it.
3. It will give you an error message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A successful instal.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Motorola Devour A555, Motoblur Android 1.6I 

Please provide any additional information below.
I didn't find a minimum requirements document.
