On HTC Desire Sync contacts are not visible #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Contact Manager
2. Kolab android not visible in Contact options
3. Synced Contacts only searchable but not visible

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Koalb-android should be selectable as contact source and the synced contacts be 
visible.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using version 0.9.5 with Android 2.2 on a HTC Desire with HTC Sense.

Please provide any additional information below.

I've not tried a standard android on the phone yet. Problem might come from the 
HTC Sense extensions.
