The Acknowledgments section does not acknowledge the individuals who made significant contributions to the specification. It's common courtesy to acknowledge them by name. Please do so.
I'd suggest starting by going through the git checkin log, the GitHub issue list, and the working group mailing list to capture the names of contributors. And then as new contributions are made, the new contributors should then be added to the list with each new published draft.
