activitystream_portal should be registered for INavigationRoot #12

activitystream_portal page should be registered for plone.app.layout.navigation.interfaces.INavigationRoot instead of Products.CMFCore.interfaces.ISiteRoot this way we can use it in objects that provide this interface and not only on the site root.
