See new README - Added list of thickness for Acrylic pieces

Added Screw list with links (needs proofreading, see comments)

All information was gathered from closed issues as well as the PCF Build guide. I felt the need to present it in a uniform way.

I imitated the style used in the Acrylic Case README.

I have received all screws and Parts by now and can confirm that the ones I linked are correct. I also took the liberty to add an image of my own Keyboard to the README ;)
