Discipline V2 Groupbuy #57

@coseyfannitutti Hi a lot of people have not uet received their discipline V2 from last November's groupbuy. Can you please give an update whether they will be shipped? Last update you gave was from over three months ago. Thanks.

Hi @coseyfannitutti i've been attempting to contact you via email for over a year now regarding my two orders (orders #02611 and #02912). I have recieved no replies whatsoever. I have been requesting a refund on the two orders since October of 2021. This is getting ridicious. Please refund me.

About half the orders have already gone out, and a lot (hopefully the remainder of all outstanding orders) will be going out in the next week.

Just wondering how things are going up there on Miller's planet?

Order from November 2020, no answers on my emails for a refund - this thing is dead - will never order from this creator again

Guys it's time to move on. It's almost 100% at this point that he just robbed your 100ish dollars and ran. Pretty sure he was delibrately not replying to messages because the logo of his website changed late last year, so someone is still maintaining it. "Difficult time" my as* 🤣

🤣 Im the lucky few that actually got their order and honestly it was just out of nowhere that I got my kit. I honestly would’ve thought that he has at lease shipped all of the kits by now- we did order them 2 years ago. I just hate how silent cosey has been through this whole ordeal and just not providing needed updates of the groupbuy

Then again its been 2 years since this groupbuy opened and the mk community has died down a slight bit so at this point im not surprised if people gave up on the gb

Well that was an expensive lesson for some of us, a $100 lesson for sure 💀

He hasn't responded to any of my numerous emails over the past year.

My favourite part was where he said "...a lot (hopefully the remainder of all outstanding orders) will be going out in the next week". That was well over a year ago now lol.

All he needed to do was post a short update about once every two months and he would have kept everyone on his side.

Still pushing for a refund

Incredible news if he commit to it. Most of us in this thread are waiting for some form of communication.

Nope, never recieved my order or any response to any of the emails I have sent. I have sent 17 emails at this point from May 2021 to date.

All I want is a refund....

I'm not sure, I did have a look into state law in Florida to see if there was anything we can do to get out funds back, however found nothing. If anyone here lives in Florida, let me know.

Also in Australia and have no order or response to my emails, can't even get a refund

Nahh, thats crossing the line. Coseyfannitutti has been nothing but excellent when it comes to this project and that's the hill I'm willing to die on.

He definitely fumbled the group buy and the only thing I blame em for is the lack of communication. Group buys are bloody hard and so much pressure especially for a single individual. And you calling them evil over a bloody keyboard is ridiculous man.

Judging by how coseyfannitutti hasnt been active in almost an entire year, not just in this thread, but also with PRs, Issues and anything else this leads me to believe that theres something else going on, especially considering how ready they were to help when I started this build.

To my knowledge there hasnt been another group buy since yours unlike someone mentioned above, thats BS.

I sincerely hope that coseyfannitutti is doing fine and eventually sorts this out. You deserve your keyboard or your money back. This nastyness does not help so please cut it out.

I can't believe we are still discussing this. I have written off the 90 USD as a loss. The fact is that the seller has consistently ignored all customers, which is unacceptable. Speculating briefly, we are probably talking about a sum of over 20,000 USD that is outstanding, which is no small thing. From my point of view, the community is right to make sure that the seller cannot repeat this.

Call me an optimist, but I do not think cosey is the type of person to just steal your money. I will continue to believe that you'll eventually get your boards.
