Included components in build guide #7

I am an electrical engineering student I am trying to build this bord. I have the means necessary to print the PCB, but I am looking through the "included components," and I am confused about a couple of things.

Is the Atmega32A is this the Atmega32A-PN or Atmega32A-PU? Could you also provide more information about the six-pin header? Also, with the 500mA resettable fuse (5.1mm), what does the 5.1mm stand for? Then with the 34x m2 mm screw, what part is this exactly?

If you could help me out, that would be great! If you could provide part numbers, that would be amazing.
