Detailed weather menu with non-existent city. #4

When choosing the detailed weather option and inputting a city that is not on the list, the program still goes into the detailed weather menu.

If a city is not on the list and that option is called, it will automatically get added to the list, thus the detailed weather menu.

and by that I mean that it will be queried from the yahoo weather api and the city info will be added into the local database

I used a city that does not exist (i.e. cityville) and it still happened
