Despite the wrong name of the branch, these are the changes that were implemented for the version 0.3 of the paper.
Main changes are:
fixed the parameters of line and thermal emitters: they were slightly different in the example scripts (e.g. densities and absorption) compared to the validation one;
improved spectral plots for EC validation (I tried to make the spectra smoother and avoid the cutoff at high energies);
removed error estimation in fitting plot (decided together with @jsitarek).
