Galaxy: provide visual feedback of channel mode #67

When Galaxy's input stereo splitter option is enabled, and when cable conditions are correct for it to take effect, change something on the display to confirm the input is no longer L---R. Now it is LR--- or something that looks like that.

I'm going to show either "L" and "R" as I do now, or if input stereo splitter is enabled and the cables are connected as required for it to work, I will show "2" on the stereo input port and nothing on the unconnected input port. I might also show "1" in mono mode.
