Issues with coarse pixelation
Spectral response somewhat off (e.g. Crab spectrum). Large off-axis angles?

These are the only related issues I'm aware of right now. We can add more as they come up. I think I'll add a known caveats section at the end of the DC2 main page.

I added a "Known Caveats" section at the end of the main page. There is only one for now, but we can add more as the come up.
