Polarization response #212

Need to add a polarization angle axis.

Using "Relative X" is fine for now. Limit analysis to 45° from the axis or so (just not near the equator).

Status: Andreas tried to create a polarization response with Response X but it failed (it didn’t save anything). Still working on it.
