Avali are lacking a laughing sound. #408

We don't have a sound for Avali laughs. Does the original source we got the Avali noises from have a sound that can be used for this?

I swore we got permission from the avali's creator/mod author for the Starbound Avali Triage mod to use their sounds. Double check with MozarteanCheese as they were the ones who reached out to them.
