Include the local IP to MQTT message #8

Make sure people can find their CosmciPI again, when they connected it to the web. The MQTT server can act as a storage for the local IP's so that people can get a hint on where to search for their CosmicPi

I addressed this in 0cdd6ab. @pingud98 could you maybe test if it works as expected? Unfortunatley I can't test it from here...
