thanks for the tool,

wanted to change the CAS library, is this possible to change using this?

What is "CAS library"?

its part of the bin file which handles the stb on off. (conditional access system)

What do you mean? The project you're commenting on is exactly for that - extracting the bin files. It's self-explanatory.
