Update moon imagery in sky view so phases change

In the WWT desktop client sky view, the amount of the moon that is visible changes as the phases change. This should be implemented in the web engine. (i.e., the moon shown in sky view shouldn't look like a full moon when it's a new moon.)

• [x] At the very least, on this short timescale, we can sub in a dark disk for the date of the eclipse and not worry about what's happening with other phases.

For horizon mode overlay, sky color is #4190ED

For scope mode overlay, we should use almost black, with an opacity almost 1. (We can adjust as needed after the functionality is built in).
