This app must be created in VueJS 3 with NaiveUI as styling lib, and be accessible on dpa.cosminneaga.dev, this route is used at the moment on port 8080 which leads to the base api, instead of the existing domain pointing to api we will be using dpaapi.cosminneaga.dev this also must be changed as base url in all applications accessing the api
