Implement hypergraph class #16

Don't worry about polymorphism just yet. Can be fixed up later, but not needed in this paper.

[x] Compile code with hypergraph (no additions, composition only)
[x] ctor that takes WT and DBG (loaders later for single .dbh file, or individual files)
[x] save and load WT from build to hyperg ctor
[x] maxlen
[ ] shorter
[ ] longer

Sometime need to rethink constructors and loaders (http://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/language/final? - should really be in its own function like construct_wt in SDSL)
