cron.php error with php 5.3 #10

I updated to php 5.3 (debian lenny)

no error!

Unfortunately, updating plugin docsearch overwrote the converter.php file, and this file has no active conversion defined.

Thus each time I update docsearch I has to edit converter.php, may be this will be fixed some time?
