Timout looses page #23

Issue Description

On a page, clicked preview, and I am assuming was logged out by this plugin. Lost a lot of work 2x! There should be a way to save the work you have done.

It prompts for login, and then everything is gone. Pretty upset, this needs to function better.

Not 100% sure, looking at it more today fi this plugin is the cause. It appears that there is supposed to be a dialog that pops up, I don't see that. When I reviewed my configuration I did not have any user or timeout put into the list. If that is empty is this even working? I tried to find some default timeout settings in the configuration of Dokuwiki but could not find one.

Not sure where to go from here. I essentially now type a sentence or two and then save and then enter edit mode again or I do a copy of the whole page in case when I hit save it asks me to login again.

I will disable the plugin and see if the behavior still happens.
