Cannot insert a tag using 2024-10-02 updated version

Issue Description

We updated the plugin to 2024-10-02 version and insert tags did not show in the text otherwise an image was uploaded. We have another Wiki with older version and it works, meaning this latest version may have a bug. Messages are followings. Hope you can fix it soon.
