Fix smiley dropdown. #168

Use dw-master svg smileys, fix smiley-dropdown to 2 rows, fix size of smileys with new SVG icons (was not a problem with .gif).

Smileys have been fixed in d7a145c without hardcoding image paths. but instead using smileys.conf

@rotdrop Can you please adjust your PR to just add styles to the latest code from master?

Closing because of no activity. The main problem has been fixed in a previous commit.
