The configuration settings page does not load when Explain plugin is enabled.

Seems to work fine on Release 2015-08-10a "Detritus" Hangs most pages on Release 2018-04-22b "Greebo"

Is this on PHP 7? I just asked the author to merge the changes I offered so should be resolved soon in that case.

Yes, PHP 7.2.13

The server that has 2015-08-10a "Detritus", has PHP version 5.6.40. Thank you!
