Non-alphabetical file name sorting #5

Would it be possible to sort by, say, metadata placed inside the pages to be sorted?

This would allow custom ordering and wouldn't require using "01_pagename" in order to achieve desired ordering.

FYI the indexmenu has implemented this sort of system, see: http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:indexmenu#metadata_tag_syntax
