Iordanis Daroglou has expressed interest in exploring packaging up RL-Glue + 
the C
codec and setting up a repository so that all those Debian+Friends Linux users 
can do:
sudo apt-get install rl-glue

That'd be really cool.

Iordanis has a prototype .deb package for 32 and amd64 bit archictures that 
seems to
work on Debian and Ubuntu.

There are still some rough edges, but we're on the right track I think.

He imagines that all of the codecs can have DEB packages.
