Avoid setting wallets with walletStatus === 'NotExist' as current. If Cosmostaion is not installed, CosmostationClient sets this status right after init. This prevents some other wallets (e.g. Leap) from connecting.
Remove isWalletNotExist from isWalletOnceConnect to align with the changes above.
