Adopt @dao-dao/cosmiframe under the hood for iframe support #429

In an effort to add iframe support to other wallet adapters (such as graz), I moved the iframe logic into a more general package: https://github.com/DA0-DA0/cosmiframe

This PR replaces the iframe logic with this package.
