PR to get Keplr in a unified way through the @keplr-wallet/provider-extension library.

Changed from getKeplrFromExtension to Keplr.getKeplr function in @keplr-wallet/provider-extension.
Fixed a type error in the Wallet Connect Package.
Fixed a type error in the Keplr Mobile Package.
