This PR adds the config for the Kapa AI bot, and adds a white variant of the SDK logo to fit the theming for the bot action button.

This integration hits the GPT-4 Turbo-based model that has ingested only the CosmosSDK docs. This is preliminary until we validate the model's effectiveness for cross-interchain-stack docs, whereby we will be able to unify all the things.
