Basecoin is not a coin, but a framework #11

We should somehow make it clear that Basecoin itself is not a cryptocurrency.

Though, maybe it's a good idea to call some token "Basecoin".

How do you feel about renaming basecoin, probably the most effective? Maybe even adding 's' to make basecoins may suggest more than one type of coin... or skeletoncoins?

This jogs something in my mind:

The other day I wanted to move our code to gitlab. When using go, doing something like that can get mighty tricky since imports are tied to URLS as they are.... (that's all :) )

I think the subtitle of the github repo and the README make this clear enough.
