running `emintd` `emintcli` do nothing #500

System info: Current master, Mac OS 10.13.6

Steps to reproduce:

run 

emintd
emintcli

Expected behavior:start the ethermint node

Actual behavior: nothing happends

Additional info: No outputs etc.

How can I start an ethermint node? Thanks.

@jakeonchain see my previous comment in #479. We will have binaries that you may execute soon! 😄
