First round of benchmarking has been completed.

New round of benchmarking will be done after stargate changes are merged in. Will depend on stargate changes, testnet command, and other scripts that need to be updated.

Acceptance criteria: Gather data from the benchmarking script that @araskachoi has created. All metrics must be generated and data will be logged into a spread sheet.
