Implemented full key scrolling #82

There are UI 3 modes that display transaction page in the UI:

scrolling_mode = VALUE_SCROLLING

key is short and is fully displayed
value is scrolling

scrolling_mode = KEY_SCROLLING_NO_VALUE

key is long and scrolling
value displays "DBL-CLICK TO VIEW" In this mode if we double click we switch to VALUE_SCROLLING and display cropped key

scrolling_mode = KEY_SCROLLING_SHORT_VALUE

key is long and scrolling
value is short and is fully displayed.
