New Name?

We'd discussed briefly about possible alternative names. Let's use this issue to collect some options and if none of them are an improvement we just close it.

Would be cool to still be a strong verb like "scaffold". Maybe something like:

• Drive
• Build
• Ship
• Spin-up/Scaffold-up/Start-up (sup?)
• Struct
• Get Up (gup?)
• Go, Baby Go (gbg?)

saw this scaffold tool the other day: https://github.com/kowainik/summoner, and made me think launcher may be a good name for this tool.

launcher is cool. I guess the command would be launch?
launch lvl-1 [user] [repo] [flags]
launch module [user] [repo] [name]
