Added connection information about the GoZ hub for Phase 1b.
Added link to roster, link to documentation for trust periods.
Updated typo (sorry, guys!) in the closing time for the competition to 6:59am UTC to match the close of Phase 3.

Moving forward, we will be adding details about upcoming phases in reverse chronological order.
