Wrong alert "You cannot sign transaction in private mode" when user sends tx. #2

Describe the bug User gets a warning alert that a user is not in private mode and can't sign tx in private mode.

I added an explanation on alert. First, please check the browser is in private mode. Second, type "chrome://settings/passwords" into your browser and press Enter to toggle the switch "Offer to save passwords" to the on.
