这个引用是这个：TUKEY, J. W. and HAMMING, R. W. (1984). Measuring noise color. In The Collected Works of J. W. Tukey 1 1-127. Time Series, 1949-1964. Wadsworth, Monterey, CA.

是Tukey论文集第1卷收录的Measuring noise color，Measuring noise color这篇论文发表在1949年，但是找不到原文链接了。论文集第1卷是Tukey在1949-1964年的工作，名称叫Time Series.

我在这段后面加一个这样的译者注吧：

(译者注：关于测量噪声颜色记忆还可参考TUKEY论文集第一卷Time Series的前1-127页收录的论文：Tukey and Hamming,1949，Measuring noise color.，但未找到电子资源。)
