Replace ⻄ (U+2EC4) with the correct 西 (U+897F) #1090

This PR replaces the wrong ⻄ (U+2EC4) character with the correct 西 (U+897F).

You can easily spot the wrong one as it's rendered as sans serif under the serif font family.
