Twi language translation in Italian #64

Hello there,

As far as my research goes Twi language in Italian should be twi instead of ci (in the code).

Resources:

  1. Lingua twi
  2. Codici ISO 639-3 (T-Z)
  3. Traduzione lingua Twi italiano

I wanted to open a PR, but I am not allowed to create branches I suppose:
