Deprecate zones

[Lagovas]

• update parameters descriptions in CLI tools and swagger description
• mention that zones are deprecated and will be removed

In this PR we don't remove or turn off anything related to zones, only mention that it is deprecated and will be removed. These changes are for release 0.94.0 before merging #574 in 0.95.0.
