Updating the links for the Kotlin/Java language table to the proper links and adding in maven central badges to fit the broken bintray references.

I don't know why Github task list completed doesn't understand that the task list is completed, so I'll go ahead and merge it using my sudo right ⚡

Cool! I've seen that links point to the exact versions (0.14.0). While this is not wrong, we would have to include this place into our internal list of the release updates. I will do it, don't worry.
