[Test] After updating the HTTPPlugin to manage the TLSv1.2 some tests are failing #18

Some tests are failing, apparently related to TLSv1.2 implementation. After a first analysis, I have the feeling recreating the default.keystore used to established the test SSL server may help

The failing tests are:

TestHTTPProxyTCPProxyEngine.testWithChainedHTTPSProxy()
TestHTTPProxyTCPProxyEngine.testHTTPProxyEngine()

For the moment, they are Ignored
