Some refactoring and improvements to the edit post page

Moved help functions from home-routes.js into a new file: utils/query-utils.js
Updated the edit post form/page, allowing users to specify a URL or upload via Cloudinary ("Upload Photo" button)
More CSS updates to tighten up responsiveness
Added a "like_score" (currently just likes - dislikes) to the post data returned to the home routes to enable "sort-by-score"
Added a user account update form

This one's been hanging out for a while, so I'm merging to get it deployed.
