https://www.gitbook.com/book/costoffreedom/costoffreedom-book/details (ToC) claims two, the first to a 404 link. Presumably one should be removed. I don't immediately see how to do it.

Double introduction is back. Is there a reason to need to use the readme property in book.json for which it seems the title cannot be overridden @clemsos ?
